Where can I buy and receive it?
In the South, we will deliver at the company's headquarters at Lot i-4, Road 6, Tan Do industrial park, Duc Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.
In the North, we deliver goods at Hai Phong warehouse: Hamlet 12, Thien Huong commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city.

For stores near HCMC and Long An, we can deliver to your door. For distant customers, we deliver to the shipping company in Ho Chi Minh City by your request.

Most of products of Tran Da company are genuine and made in Vietnam.
Warranty, return and payment policy?
Customers can pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
For popular and unused products, distributors can exchange for another product or refund and get your money back after deducting shipping costs and taxes. Products can only be returned within 3 months of purchase. For custom product orders, products will not be returned if not due to a manufacturing defect.

Why is Tran Da's wheelbarrow delivered separately and not assembled?
Wheelbarrows are relatively bulky, so the shipping cost will increase if fully assembled. Therefore, we will deliver each part separately to distributors. We will assemble them according to your requirement, but the fee will be charged for assembly and shipping costs incurred.
